The beauty of this recipe is its flexibility. Almonds not your bag — swap them out for any nut. Or better yet, try a combination of nuts. Mix it up and customize it to your family’s tastes (or the ingredients that are available).
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raisins, unsweetened dried (raisins, cranberries, cherries, etc.)½ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until evenly combined.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
