I grew up in an Italian Irish family, so food has always been my epicenter. As a young child, I learned to pick ripe vegetables and fruits from my grandfather and uncle who lovingly tended an enormous backyard garden.

Before long, I was rolling meatballs with my mom and making orecchiette with my great grandmother. I didn’t ask Santa for dolls or dresses. I wanted a hamburger griddle and cooking utensils. Early on, I developed a passion for great food prepared with quality ingredients and knew the joy that shared meals can bring.

By the time I was in my 20s, I would cook five-course gourmet meals on the weekends, imitating recipes I watched on PBS on Saturday mornings. Cooking was always fun — until one day it wasn’t.

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Under the care of my endocrinologist, I grew steadily sicker despite taking my prescription. I was exhausted all the time, my hair was falling out, I had insomnia and hot flashes. After researching, I decided to change my diet. And THAT changed my life. I became gluten, soy, and dairy-free and eliminated other trigger foods from my routine. In a matter of weeks, I was feeling like my old self again and had more energy, growing back my hair, and experiencing more restful nights. I knew at this point, that I had found a truly unique “medicine” that I wanted to share with others.

Whether you’re healthy and want to stay that way,  you’ve been diagnosed recently with a disease, or you are struggling with food allergies or sensitivities, we can help by preparing meals that you just can’t wait to eat.

What type of food do you specialize in?

We’ve been at this for more than 12 years, so we are familiar with every type of cuisine imaginable.

I don’t need a special diet or “healthy” food; I just want food that tastes good. Will you cook that?

Of course. Our menus are custom-tailored to what YOU want to eat. Whether you want grilled salmon with roasted vegetables or meatloaf and mashed potatoes, we can accommodate your taste.

My doctor/nutritionist has prescribed a specific diet for me. Can you prepare meals for it?

Yes! We are very experienced in preparing specific diets to address medical issues and food sensitivities or allergies.

Will you come to my house and cook and serve all of my meals every day?

No, we do not offer that service. That is a private chef who would become your full-time employee.

Will you send a chef to prepare food on our yacht?

No, we have several clients for whom we cook every week, so our chefs must stay here.
